Refund Policy

The 14-day "it does what the page says" guarantee

If a product you bought from us doesn't do what its sales page describes, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no exit interview, no partial credits.

How it works

  • Email us from the address you purchased with (that's how your copy is stamped), with the word "refund" anywhere in the message. Telling us why is welcome but optional.
  • We process refunds to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within a few business days of our confirmation; your bank may take longer to post it.
  • A refund ends the license — please delete your copies of the files.

The honest edges

  • After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion — write to us anyway; we're reasonable.
  • The guarantee covers "the product doesn't do what the page says." It doesn't cover "my lender declined my deal" — no tool can promise an approval, and we never claim one.
  • Please contact us before a chargeback: refunds inside the window are unconditional, so disputing with your card issuer is never needed to get your money back.
