1. Who you're buying from

Digital products on this site are sold by Hartwell Labs LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. Principal office: 8735 Dunwoody Place, Suite N, Atlanta, GA 30350. Contact: [email protected]. Books in the FUNDED series are sold separately through Amazon and other retailers under those platforms' terms.

2. What you receive

Purchases are digital downloads (Excel, Word, PDF, and text files), delivered immediately after payment via a download link on the confirmation page and receipt. Each delivered copy is stamped with the purchaser's email address. Your use of the files is governed by the kit license terms, you're buying a license, not ownership of the files. All prices are in U.S. dollars; payment is processed by Stripe.

3. Refunds

Every purchase carries a 14-day refund window: if the product doesn't do what its sales page says, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full, no forms, no partial credits. Full policy: refund policy.

4. Not financial, legal, or tax advice

Everything sold on this site is educational material. It is not financial, legal, tax, accounting, or lending advice; it does not create a professional-client relationship; and no output of any workbook, calculator, or template obligates any lender or predicts any approval. SBA rules, lender policies, and market figures change. Verify every figure against the current SBA SOP, your lender's terms, and your own qualified professionals before acting on it.

5. Availability

We may change prices, product contents, or discontinue products at any time; changes don't affect completed purchases. Each kit reflects the SBA rules in effect on its purchase date and is provided as-is; SBA rules change over time, so always verify against the current SBA SOP before acting.

6. Taxes, disputes, and governing law

Where sales tax applies to your jurisdiction, it is calculated and collected at checkout. Before disputing a charge with your card issuer, please contact us, refunds within the window are unconditional, so a chargeback is never necessary to get your money back. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
